About WorldBridges

Our story

WorldBridges was founded in 2019 in Boston by a small team that had spent years watching small and mid-size businesses lose time — and money — to cross-border shipping friction. A parcel leaving Massachusetts for Ontario would change carriers, change tracking numbers, and change hands at the border, with customs paperwork handled separately from the label.

So we built a network that treats the US and Canada as one shipping lane rather than two, with customs, rating, and tracking designed together from the start instead of bolted on afterward. What began as service between the Northeast and Eastern Canada has grown into coverage across dozens of metros on both sides of the border.

Today WorldBridges moves parcels for individual shippers, growing e-commerce brands, and businesses integrating shipping directly into their own products through our API — all from the same Boston headquarters we started in.
